Human Remains Discovered in Cade Lakes Subdivision

Caldwell, Texas - The Burleson County Sheriff's Office confirms that human remains were discovered last Thursday in the Cade Lakes subdivision.

On Thursday, April 23, 2026 deputies responded to a call in the Cade Lakes area and located the remains. The identity of the deceased has not been confirmed at this time, pending positive identification and notification of next of kin.

No additional information is available at this time. Updates will be released as they become available and as permitted by the ongoing investigation.
