Visitation and Commissary

Inmate Phone Service: Money for phone time can be added at Homewav.com. Inmates can also buy phone time from commissary.

Inmate Commissary Services: Money can be added for Commissary at tigersnack.com.
You can order commissary or add money for inmates.  Click the state where your loved one is, choose the county, find their name and place your order or add money.

As of January 1, 2025 in person visits ONLY on Thursdays and Sundays from 1pm to 5pm

All visits must be scheduled through HomeWAV.com in advance. Follow the link provided to create an account. Once complete click "schedule on-site visit", choose an available time in green, (the inmate MUST accept/decline the requested time in order for the visit to be scheduled.)

Below are the visitation rules and regulations set by the facility:

Visitor must be approved and Homewav
All Visits must be scheduled on the Homewav app 24 hours prior to the visit and approved by the inmate
The visitor must have a valid form of identification. Current State Issued Picture ID or Driver's License 
Valid Passport
All visitors must be at the facility before your visitation is scheduled to begin. Late visitors will not be permitted to go to visitation.
One 20 min visit will be allowed per person in jail. All visitors must visit during this session
Visitors will only be allowed to visit one inmate per visitation day
Children under 16 years and younger must be accompanied by adult and must be a dependent of the inmate. Persons 16 years and older must present a valid Picture ID or driver's license.
ABSOLUTELY NO ITEMS MAY  BE BROUGHT INTO VISITATION except car keys and ID.
Any person released from any jail or the Texas Dept of Criminal Justice shall not be permitted to visit an inmate in the Burleson County Jail for 180 days/6 months starting on that persons release date.
The Following items are prohibited in the visiting area: purses, wallets, bags, electronic devices, cell phones, recording devices, writing instruments, lighters, weapons, liquids, foods, etc.
ALL children must be kept quiet and under the supervision of the adult(s). If any child are excessively noisy or unruly, the visit will be cancelled or terminated early for that family member for that day.
Appropriate clothing must be worn to be allowed to visit an inmate.

Below is a list of inappropriate clothing that will not be accepted:

No Sundresses
No Halter tops
No Bathing suits
No See Through Garments of any type (to include jeans that are ripped or have holes in them)
No Low-cut blouses or dresses
No Leotards
No Spandex or tight-fitting pants or blouses
No Miniskirts
No Backless tops
No Pajamas
No Hats or caps to include non-religious headgear
NO Sleeveless garments. Shoulders must be covered
No Skirts two inches or more above the knee
No Dresses or skirts with a high-cut split mid-back, front or side
All visitors are required to wear shoes
No Revealing shorts
Any other item deemed by staff to be contrary to the policy of modest dress

The Sheriff's Office and/or his designee reserves the right to deny any visit when there is reason to believe that the visit is not in the best interest of the safety and security of the facility.
